Cheesecake

I'm making this cheesecake for Father's Day. I've made it before and it's easy and delicious.

Loreita Dewey's Cheesecake
Crust
1 1/2 C Graham cracker crumbs
3 T melted butter
3 T sugar

Mix and press into a 9" or 10" spring form pan

FILLING
Whip:
3 8 oz packages cream cheese (softened)
Gradually add:
1 C sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Pour and smooth over crust.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min., or until golden-brown

TOPPING
Mix:
1 pt. sour cream
3 T sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

When cheesecake comes out of oven, spread over the top and bake for 10 more minutes. Chill before serving. Top with blueberries, strawberries, pie filling or whatever your heart desires.
